A Wonderful Surprise

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Baolilai International. From the moment I entered the impressive lobby with its grand hall feeling, I knew I was in for a treat. The luxurious suite exceeded my expectations and the service was impeccable. The food was delicious and I can't wait to return on my next trip to Shenzhen. I highly recommend this hotel for its surprising luxury.

The lack of people speaking english except for the reception!

The staff were excellent and very professional. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of local meals. The hotel had great facilities, including a lobby bar and relax zone with massage. The rooms were clean and looked extremely new. great value for money.

Great hotel at cheap price! Perfect for being close to the airport, but make sure to also visit the centre of shenzhen during your trip as the shopping is amazing. The spa at the hotel is great, 7 pounds for 70 mins of the foot massage that includes neck/back/arm/head/leg/foot ! Gym is basic but does the job and the food is tasty and the top of the hotel rotates while you eat. They also bring daily chocolate at night.

Nothing to write here but as a warning be careful about transport from the airport to the hotel, only use taxis at the pick up queue outside the airport as others will try and charge you loads more. It might be better to ask the hotel to sort transfer from the airport as the actual taxis (at the queue) might refuse you.

Good hotel, relatively close to the Airport (15-20 mins driving time).

Spent a wonderful Xmas at this hotel! the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with excellent bathroom amenities. the location is perfect for those wanting easy access to the airport and main road. the free shuttle service was a huge bonus. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Distance to the airport and perfect comfort

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, conveniently located near the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and many of them could speak English. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel's wifi allowed us to access Google, YouTube, and Line without any issues. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the turn-down service at night, complete with two chocolate cookies on our bedside table, was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including both Western and Asian cuisine.

Could not be improved in any way.

Despite being located near the airport, the hotel is far from the city center where most of the tourist attractions and leisure activities are located. The food choices are limited and not very appetizing, especially for those who are not fond of greasy dishes.

Located near a bustling street market, the hotel is perfect for experiencing authentic city life or for a short stay near the airport. the rooms are clean and comfortable and offer great facilities such as a spa and a pool for relaxation after a long day at work. the friendly staff speaks English and provides excellent customer service, making guests feel at home. the delicious breakfast buffet offers both Chinese and western options, and the lobby lounge has an impressive selection of wines.

The hotel lacks personalized service, but this is not a major concern for a short business stay.

This hotel provided me with luxurious amenities that met my needs. the spa centre, indoor swimming pool, full body massage and sauna were exceptional. the restaurant had an extensive and flavourful menu with special diet options available. I appreciated the private facilities and location advantages, such as the Aqua park and Garden area. the room advantages included a Spa lounge, Beauty treatment and Treatment room.

The hotel staff spoke English, accessible wifi and great facilities. Delicious breakfast, big lobby bar, massage and sauna, spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent cleaning and laundry service.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were the perfect way to unwind after a long day of business meetings. the spacious treatment rooms in the spa centre made for a truly relaxing experience. the restaurant offered a variety of delicious meals, and in-room breakfast added an extra touch of convenience. the private facilities were absolutely exclusive and added to the overall sense of luxury.

The location of the hotel was a bit isolated, with not much to do in the surrounding area. However, the shuttle service made it easy to get to and from the airport and into the city.
